Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PPC Manager to join our dynamic team. The PPC Manager will be responsible for managing and developing our pay-per-click campaigns to ensure they meet performance and revenue targets in line with our overall marketing strategy.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Facebook Paid Marketing Campaigns (Must Have)
  • Preferable experience in the Real Estate & E-Com
  • 1 years of experience in Performance Marketing
  • Experience with data-driven campaigning strategies, including analyzing performance data, industry trends, and customer behavior
  • Ability to take ownership of paid campaigning activities for the assigned portfolio
  • Self-motivated and performance-oriented with the ability to work with minimal monitoring and supervision
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging start-up culture
  • Desire to grow within the role and organization


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Daily optimization and testing of PPC campaigns across all channels, including SEO/SEM/SMM search, display, remarketing, and paid social
  • Media planning and budget distribution across various paid advertising channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Create and send weekly/bi-monthly reports with insightful commentary, providing an action plan for upcoming weeks
