Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a PEGA Lead System Architect located in Chennai. The PEGA Lead System Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business applications using PEGA PRPC. The role includes defining and ensuring adherence to best practices, conducting performance tuning, troubleshooting, and providing technical leadership to the development team. The architect will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Qualifications Expertise in PEGA PRPC, PEGA architecture, and design patterns Experience with application development, integration, and deployment Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and relevant technologies Skills in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and quality assurance Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to lead and mentor development teams Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Certification as PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) is strongly preferred,
