Job Title : Pega Developer Experience : 5 to 8 years Location : [Bangalore /Hybrid] Job Type : Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building enterprise-level applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and must have expertise in Pega platform capabilities, integrations, and best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Pega-based applications using Pega PRPC. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Develop reusable components, frameworks, and services within the Pega platform. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and application security guidelines. Work on system integrations, API development, and web services using SOAP/REST. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Pega applications for performance and scalability. Participate in peer reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Support the deployment process, including version control and CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 to 8 years of experience in Pega development. Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x. Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) and CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certifications preferred. Experience in workflow design, business rules implementation, and case management. Knowledge of Pega integrations using SOAP, REST, JMS, and other middleware tools. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and database technologies like SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. Experience in Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Pega frameworks like Customer Service, Smart Investigate, or Marketing.
