Job Description

As a Senior Pega Decisioning Architect at CXForward, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Pega Decisioning solutions to tackle customer engagement challenges for our clients. In this remote position, you will collaborate with various teams to create customized implementation plans and ensure successful delivery of solutions. Your expertise will not only contribute to the improvement of our offerings but also guide and mentor junior architects and developers. Your responsibilities will include leading the design and implementation of Pega Decisioning and Marketing solutions, configuring strategies and models to enhance customer interactions, gathering and translating business requirements, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of decisioning solutions. You will also provide technical leadership, review decisioning logic and models regularly, stay updated on Pega advancements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot application issues, and document technical designs and procedures. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, possess extensive experience in Pega Decisioning and Marketing applications, preferably have a Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification, demonstrate a strong grasp of customer decisioning and engagement strategies, showcase your ability to design and implement solutions in complex environments, exhibit proficiency in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and related technologies, excel in problem-solving and troubleshooting, communicate effectively, collaborate well with diverse teams, and manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting.,
