Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pattern Cutting Master located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Pattern Cutting Master will be responsible for developing and creating patterns for various garments, ensuring the precision of measurements and cuts. This role involves collaborating closely with designers to interpret and implement their visions accurately. Day-to-day tasks include marking and cutting fabrics, adjusting existing patterns, and managing the pattern-making process from initial design to final approval. Qualifications Proficiency in pattern making and cutting techniques Knowledge of garment construction and fabric properties Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements Ability to work collaboratively with designers and production teams Experience with pattern-making software is a plus Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Prior experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is preferred Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field,
