One of our clients is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join their team as Patron Delight Officers.

Role Overview:

As a Patron Delight Officer, you'll be responsible for managing a team of frontline associates and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves handling customer interactions, managing cash operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting revenue enhancement through excellent service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

-Education - Graduate or Diploma holder in Hotel Management/IHM

-Experience - 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality or service industry.

-Freshers, Hotel Management graduates, will also be considered

-Proficiency in English and the regional language.

-Preferred background - Retail, Hotels, or QSR industry
