The Pastry Chef de Partie will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as baking pastries, preparing bakery items, food preparation, and cooking as per culinary standards. This role includes assisting the head pastry chef in the development and creation of new recipes, ensuring the consistency of baked goods, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation. Qualifications Bakery and Baking skills Cooking and Culinary skills Food Preparation experience Strong attention to detail and creativity Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Formal culinary training or relevant certification is a plus Prior experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen is advantageous,
