Job Description
You will be joining a global company with over 17 years of successful experience in delivering a variety of solutions to clients worldwide. In this role as a Partnership Manager, your primary responsibility will be to search for new partners and promote the company's services and products to potential partners. You will also be tasked with supporting and developing the existing partner base, engaging in meetings, calls, and presentations with partners and their clients, organizing business trips for face-to-face meetings, and participating in events such as seminars, webinars, conferences, and trade shows. Additionally, you will be involved in training partners and their staff to enhance their effectiveness and engagement, creating training materials and regulations, researching market trends and competitors" activities to identify new business opportunities, and contributing to marketing tasks focused on partner development. Your role will also include participation in exhibitions and conferences as required, providing regular reports to the Head of Asia Division and Head of Partner Division, maintaining partner profiles in the CRM system, meeting assigned KPIs, and fulfilling other necessary tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be fluent in Hindi, have English proficiency at the B2 level or higher, possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Management, and maintain an active and positive lifestyle.
