The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management, with a preference for experience in tech/niche products. Skills required include familiarity with Matomo or other privacy-focused analytics tools, the ability to run Meta/Google Ads without third-party tracking dependencies, basic graphic design skills, and potentially experience with WordPress/WooCommerce. A passion for mechanical keyboards and familiarity with anime, gaming, or internet culture is highly desirable. Being a self-starter with strong communication skills, located in Kolkata or willing to work remotely with occasional on-site availability, is important for this role.
