You will be working on the Company's subscriber panels representing major publication brands. Your role will involve routine panel management and close collaboration with the Consumer Insight and Strategy team in Bangalore and the US. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the panels, project management, client service, vendor management, and interacting extensively with Researchers associated with the publications/brands. You will need to understand project scope, develop sampling plans, set up projects, manage marketing communication, and act as the main point of contact for brand managers regarding panel-related information. Additionally, you will be leading discussions, encouraging panelist participation, building brand loyalty through engagement, managing the online panel database, providing status reports, analyzing projects, meeting timeline expectations, and addressing panelist queries within specified SLAs. To be successful in this role, you must have good English communication skills, be a graduate with 0-2 years of experience in database management, online sample management, or project management, preferably with a CS background. Experience with panel management software and the ability to build effective relationships are essential. Being detail-oriented with a commitment to timely task execution is crucial. It would be beneficial to have experience with programming languages, web development, scripting platforms, and Microsoft Office Tools.
