·        PAINTING

·            Using the manual and pressure guns

·             Surface of the object to painted manually.

·             Touchup painting also known.

·        HEAT TREATMENT

·              Chemical Conversion Coating process.

·              Passivation Process.

·        REWORK 

·              Known a mehod of Hand sanding and Orbial sanding for a Rework process.

·        Mixing

·              Known the paint mixing according to the mixing chart

·              Known Checking the Paint viscosity using B4 cup

·        Responsibility

·               Following 5S and 4M method in Paint shop.

·               Verify and Monitering the Checksheets
