Job description Designation:- Paint Shop ( Senior Manager). Experience:- Minimum 10 To 15 years of experience in Modular furniture/wooden furniture /Laminate / Paint and similar Allied Industries with at least 5+ years in a Managerial role. Accountable to achieve required targets on Productivity, Quality and Safety for Respective Production Line. Coordination with Supplier And with Assly shop as an Internal Customer for Quality & Quantity. Interaction with other sections of the Paint shop- Technical Support, planning, Process Maintenance and QA to improve & achieve the required targets. Ensure that Actions are planned and taken without undue delay for the Issues raised during Product Audit ,Process Audits and Internal Audits Monitor the Effectiveness of The actions through Audit trends. Co-Ordination for the Production trials for new model and Shade launch. Handling Internal customer quality concerns. Gender : Male, with age above 38+ Yrs. Education :-Diploma/ BE or B. Tech in Paint Technology/ other field.
