The Packing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the packing and shipping of sanitary napkin products, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, and managing a team of packers to maintain efficiency and quality standards. Qualifications Supervisory experience in a packing or warehouse environment Knowledge of inventory management and shipping procedures Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed High school diploma or equivalent, additional certifications a plus,
