The Packaging Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the packaging operations within the organization. This includes ensuring timely execution of packaging development, optimization of packaging materials, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product launches and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day packaging activities on the godown .
• Collaborate with R&D, procurement, production, and marketing teams for packaging development and design.
• Ensure packaging materials meet company and regulatory standards.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to source cost-effective and sustainable packaging solutions.
• Review and approve packaging specifications, artwork, and technical drawings.
• Monitor packaging line efficiency and recommend improvements for productivity and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Conduct packaging material trials and evaluate performance.
• Maintain records related to packaging materials, production, and quality inspections.
• Support new product development by providing packaging inputs and feasibility.
