Position: Overseas Education Counsellor Experience: 3+ years Location: Noida Sector 18 Employment Type: Full-time at HelpStudyAbroad.com Key Responsibilities: Call on warm leads and provide expert guidance to students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities, university selection, courses, and admission requirements. Counsel students on application processes, visa procedures, and financial aid options. Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to support students throughout the admission journey. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for students. Participate in webinars, seminars, and workshops to promote study abroad programs. Key Requirements: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities. Ability to understand student needs and provide personalized guidance. Basic knowledge of international education systems and visa processes (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and goal-oriented approach to work. Qualifications: Can do and winning attitude with a passion for the education sector are encouraged to apply.
