Urgent Hiring for Overseas Education Counselor Experience - 6 Months - 2 years Budget - 18k- 40k Location - Noida Extension, Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated MBBS Abroad Admission Counselor to guide students through the process of applying to foreign medical universities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping students achieve their dreams of pursuing an MBBS abroad. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing accurate information about the application process, eligibility criteria, visa requirements, and university options. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS programs abroad, university selection, and the admission process. Assist in documentation for applications, including visa processing and travel arrangements. Ensure timely follow-up with leads and inquiries, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process. Stay updated on international education trends, admission requirements, and university updates. Provide information on the costs involved and scholarships available. Organize and participate in student counseling sessions, education fairs, and university seminars. Liaise with international universities and maintain relationships with university representatives. Maintain records of student inquiries, applications, and conversions. Achieve admission targets and help students in completing all the formalities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field; a background in counseling or education is a plus. 2+ years of experience as an admission counselor, preferably in the medical/education sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of international education systems and visa regulations for different countries. Proven ability to guide students through complex admission processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Skills Required: Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of different MBBS programs and international universities. Strong problem-solving skills.
