Job Description
You will be joining our surgical team at Sushruta Hospital and Trauma Care as a highly motivated, experienced, and skilled Scrub Nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to assist surgeons during operative procedures, ensuring a sterile environment is maintained and providing the best care possible to our patients. As a Scrub Nurse, you will be in charge of preparing and managing surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. Monitoring patients" vital signs and supporting the surgical team throughout procedures will also be part of your key responsibilities. It is essential that you ensure adherence to surgical protocols and infection control standards at all times. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and possess a valid Nursing License. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse is required. Excellent knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills, are essential for success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid time off and Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve rotational shifts, and there is a performance bonus opportunity available. Prior experience of 3 years is preferred.
