As a medical device startup based in Bengaluru, Prodancy is dedicated to developing innovative and cost-effective high-value surgical consumables tailored for joint replacement surgeries. Our flagship product, the Vizbl Surgical helmet, has been designed with unique features to provide enhanced comfort and AAMI Level 3 protection, all at a competitive price point. We are currently seeking an Orthopedic Medical Device Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, surgical demos, negotiating deals, and securing purchase orders to drive the adoption of Prodancy's surgical consumables. This position is based in Bengaluru and will encompass Karnataka as your primary territory. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Orthopedic Medical device sales, with a focus on Knee & Hip Replacement surgeries, Trauma implants, or Surgical consumables. You should possess strong skills in Medical Sales and Sales Processes, as well as hands-on experience in Product Demonstration and Account Management. While a good understanding of Total Knee surgery or hip surgery is desirable, it is not a strict requirement. Building and maintaining relationships with Orthopedic Surgeons, particularly Joint replacement surgeons, will be a key aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
