Job Description

You will be responsible for providing design solutions, expertise, and guidance to clients during the ongoing Managed Service, focusing on ensuring successful delivery of the chosen solution. Your role will require strong customer focus, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to work independently and unsupervised. Your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day application support for various clients, offering training and coaching to colleagues, assisting in pre-sales activities through demos, and providing expert advice on Cloud processes, configuration options, and roadmaps. Additionally, you will be expected to provide functional leadership and guidance to clients on best practices and software functionality as part of the Managed Service. Effective remote collaboration with end-users is essential, and a positive, dynamic, and team-oriented attitude is crucial for success in this role. Qualifications: Essential: - Minimum 6-8 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud - Strong ability to translate business requirements and designs into functional solutions - Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English - Proficiency in documenting solutions clearly and sharing knowledge within the Cloud community - Self-initiative and the capability to work independently - Availability to work during North American business hours (7 PM to 4 AM) Desirable: - Familiarity with Absence, Time & Labor, and Compensation modules - Knowledge of ITIL processes - Broad understanding of HR processes from a business perspective If you meet the qualifications and are looking for a challenging opportunity to contribute your expertise and skills within a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this role.,
