Job Description

As an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 6+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automated business processes using Oracle's cloud-based automation tools. Your expertise in BPMN 2.0 modeling, web form development, integration, and DevOps within the Oracle ecosystem will be crucial for this role. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing business workflows using BPMN 2.0 in Oracle Process Automation. - Implementing task types such as Human Task, Service Task, and Script Task. - Configuring various gateway types (Exclusive, Parallel, Inclusive) and event types (Start, End, Timer, Error). - Building dynamic and responsive web forms using Oracle's Web Form Designer. - Customizing user interactions using JavaScript for validations and logic. - Working with Business Objects to manage structured data within OPA. - Integrating external systems via REST and SOAP APIs. - Designing robust and fault-tolerant process flows with error handling mechanisms. - Managing deployments across environments using OPA Composer and maintaining version control. - Utilizing debugging tools for instance tracking, audit trails, and data inspection. - Configuring roles and access permissions for human tasks and integrating security with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS). Qualifications: - Proven experience in Oracle Process Automation or Oracle Integration Cloud. - Solid understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and best practices. - Hands-on experience in web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS. - Strong understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and secure API design. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools in the Oracle ecosystem. - Good communication skills.,
