About The Role As an Optometrist at Specsmakers, your role goes beyond traditional eye check-ups. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise through eye examinations, dispensing, and diagnosis, as well as driving sales. Your key responsibilities will include accurate eye check-ups, assisting customers in choosing the right eyeglasses, selling products, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through effective stock management and adherence to SOPs. Responsibilities - Perform precise eye check-ups and vision correction. - Consult customers on selecting the most suitable eyeglasses. - Assist customers in choosing the right frames and lenses. - Provide guidance on selecting and using contact lenses. - Drive sales and meet store targets. - Address customer complaints related to vision problems. - Manage store SOPs and actively participate in store operations.
