Job Description
As a Manager/ Associate Manager - HR Operations - Compensation in Mumbai - Malad office, your primary responsibility will be to manage compensation, including bonuses and increments for employees based on recommendations from senior leadership. You will assist in the performance appraisal and promotion processes, as well as in the yearly increments, bonus, and ESOPs cycle at a global level from India. Your role will involve supporting Business heads in decision-making by providing data related to compensations such as salaries, bonuses, appraisals, and promotions for their teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating insightful reports and executive summary presentations on recruitment, headcounts, attrition, and other talent analytics. You will engage with senior leadership to address inquiries and foster problem resolution effectively.
