Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery or equipment as assigned (e.g., production line, forklift, CNC machine). Monitor system performance and perform routine quality checks. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or notify maintenance when needed. Follow safety protocols and report any incidents or hazards. Maintain production logs, inspection records, and other documentation. Perform cleaning and basic maintenance on machines. Support other team members and supervisors as required. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. Proven experience in an operator or similar role. Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics (as applicable). Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
