Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience Strong Analytical Skills and Operations proficiency Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lead a team effectively and work collaboratively Experience in manufacturing or electrical industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field,
