Experience: Fresher (0-1 Year) Qualification: MBA in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field About Us: Thermo Heat Transfers Pvt. Ltd. is an ASME-certified company specializing in thermal energy storage tanks, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, process piping, and advanced analysis services (CFD & FEA). We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive (Fresher MBA) to support and optimize our operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in production planning and execution to ensure timely delivery. Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and supply chain activities. Support quality control and compliance with industry standards. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline processes. Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Assist in process optimization, workflow improvements, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines in all operations. Support tendering activities related to operational requirements. Ideal Candidate: MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders.
