Assistant Manager-Operations - Vending Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in developing operational strategies, goals, and plans to ensure efficient and effective operations. Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and achieve objectives. Oversee the work of operational staff, provide guidance, and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their tasks. Assign responsibilities, set performance targets, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Supervising refilling of stocks in vending machines at client places Ensuring efficient after sales service for vending machines and prompt resolution of technical complaints. Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement measures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Address operational issues and resolve problems as they arise.
