The Gypsy Adventures is seeking a passionate Operations Manager to join their team in Pachmarhi/Satpura. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the adventure and wildlife activity operations, ensuring top-notch service and unforgettable experiences for guests. Your key responsibilities will include managing logistics, safety protocols, and group coordination to ensure smooth and safe tours. You will interact with guests to enhance their experience through exceptional customer service and adventure activities, focusing on nature and eco-tourism. Additionally, you will coordinate with on-ground teams to maintain high guest satisfaction levels. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in adventure/wildlife activity operations. Possessing certifications such as AMC/BMC and Wilderness First Aid (WFR) would be advantageous. Strong skills in logistics, safety, and group management are essential, along with proficiency in Hindi and English. A deep understanding of trekking gear, terrain, and wilderness safety is required, as well as strong leadership and coordination abilities. Candidates with experience in curating treks, village walks, and outdoor dining experiences will be given preference. Additional skills in content creation for social media and marketing, as well as a background in eco-tourism or wildlife, are considered beneficial.
