Job Description
Daily Operations Management Coordinate and monitor all operational departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to guarantee smooth execution and seamless guest flow. Staff Leadership & Training Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; construct schedules and conduct performance reviews; foster morale and a high-service culture. Guest Services Oversight Ensure guest satisfaction by managing check-ins, resolving complaints, collecting feedback, and maintaining quality checks. Budget & Financial Control Manage budgets, control costs and work with finance teams to monitor profitability. Policy Compliance & Safety Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards; perform regular inspections and audits across departments. CrossDepartment Coordination Align with department heads and other functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to ensure cohesive service delivery. Process Improvement Monitor performance data, guest feedback, and operational flows; implement enhancements to elevate efficiency and service quality.
