Job Description

Daily Operations Management Coordinate and monitor all operational departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to guarantee smooth execution and seamless guest flow. Staff Leadership & Training Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; construct schedules and conduct performance reviews; foster morale and a high-service culture. Guest Services Oversight Ensure guest satisfaction by managing check-ins, resolving complaints, collecting feedback, and maintaining quality checks. Budget & Financial Control Manage budgets, control costs and work with finance teams to monitor profitability. Policy Compliance & Safety Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards; perform regular inspections and audits across departments.
