About the Role Were looking for a highly driven Operations Management Trainee (Intern) to join our Operations team. Youll get hands-on exposure to the inner workings of supply chain, logistics, and support at a high-growth startup, with a steep learning curve and the chance to take ownership of key functions. What Youll Work On Current Focus (Hands-on Execution): Drive timely closure of escalations across customers and brand partners. Resolve edge cases through proactive follow-ups with internal teams (3PL, sellers, finance). Track and optimize the support process, with a focus on reducing TAT and minimizing repeat escalations. Manually reconcile operational and financial data in complex support scenarios. Lead short-term projects aimed at improving customer experience and boosting delivery success rates. Future Scope: Potential to own and lead an entire vertical if converted to a full-time role. What Were Looking For Education: MBA/B.Tech from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity. High ownership attitude and a bias for action in solving tough ops challenges.
