We are looking for Operations Executive for Imt Manesar gurgaon(Hr)

Profile/Designation Operations Executive
Educational Qualification/s Graduate(B.Tech/B.A/B.Com/B.Sc) Or PG
Preferred Experience/s 4-5 Years
Location Manesar Gurgaon (HR)
Salary Budget 35-40 K
Note:- 5 Day Working

Responsibilities: 

• To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission
• documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender
• questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.
• To organize and harness the efforts of all involved
• departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and
• contract review.
• To coordinate customers bid requirements and compile all
• queries and requests for additional information for
• communication to customers.
• To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates
• are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding,
• packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
• To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms
• of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customers tender
• requirements.
• To maintain daily/months reports in excel.
• Must have knowledge of back-end sales (Billing /
• dispatching

Skills & competency required

• Should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Should have knowledge of SAP in SD & MM module
• Must have good communication in English
