Job Description
The job involves being responsible for the day-to-day operations at the location, including resource management for drivers, gunmen, and custodians. You will be in charge of route planning, duty assignments, and audit planning. Your role will also include executing operations as per tasks assigned by managers in accordance with client requirements. Ensuring timely withdrawal, collection, loading, and depositing on the same day as requested is crucial. Adhering to agreed SLAs, conducting surprise audits to ensure process compliance, and assisting the ATM Executive in collecting, recording, and reporting daily operations are part of the responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee roster preparation, maintain hardcopies of Takeover & Handover of ATMs, mitigate risks to prevent cash loss, dispatch routes on time, follow up with Vault officers/Bank Officials on cash issuance, and brief the team on assigned tasks and SOPs. Other duties as assigned by management should also be carried out. The ideal candidate should be accountable for Administration, Development, and Operations at the assigned Area/Location/Client.
