Job Description
We are looking for an Operations & CRM Intern to assist with lead audits, CRM updates, and order tracking. The role involves data management, call audits, and process tracking across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Call Audits: Transfer hot leads, audit calls, and prepare reports. CRM & Data Management: Update CRM with Justdial data, audit consultations & medicine orders, and manage call logs. Order & Consultation Tracking: Verify order packaging, track OPD numbers, and audit prescriptions. Requirements: Pursuing/completed a degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
