At Impact Hub Hyderabad, We are working with diverse stakeholders (Startups, SMEs, Corporates, Educational Institutions, Social Organizations etc.,). What Youll Do: As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in the smooth, efficient day-to-day operations of Impact Hub Hyderabad, working closely with the Operations Lead. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations, including workspace logistics, managing facilities, and promptly addressing member needs. Member Support: Be the go-to person for members, helping them navigate our services, access benefits, and ensuring a positive member experience. Event Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to organize and execute events, workshops, and networking sessions that support our communitys goals. Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and member satisfaction. Community Engagement: Assist the Operations Lead in fostering a vibrant, collaborative community, keeping members informed of events, programs, and opportunities. What Youll Bring: 2-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role, ideally in Incubation Centers, Startup Accelerators etc., Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building a vibrant community. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to suggest and implement process improvements. Enthusiasm for social impact, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
