Job Description
The Operations & Facility Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations across our school sites. This person will manage the daily logistics, coordinate maintenance and repair work, oversee compliance and safety protocols, and support administrative systems essential to our schools success. Campus Operations Oversee daily operational needs at both campuses, ensuring consistency and high standards. Coordinate schedules for staff, vendors, and service providers. Implement and maintain systems for inventory, supplies, and equipment. Support school events, emergency drills, and transportation logistics. Work closely with the administrative team to streamline processes and communication. Facility Management Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure all facilities are safe, clean, and functional. Coordinate repairs, janitorial services, landscaping, and general upkeep. Manage vendor relationships and service contracts. Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, fire, and building regulations. Plan and supervise facility upgrades, renovations, and seasonal projects. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations or facility management, preferably in an educational or multi-site setting. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities across two campuses. Working knowledge of building systems and safety protocols.
