Eligibility / Skills & Competencies Young/Energetic Male Candidate with max age of 30 yrs Graduate with some 1-2 yrs experience in pharma logistics/Freight forwarding of air-shipments Good communication skills with proficiency in English, local language Good Interpersonal skills & Ready to learn the new things A Good practical knowledge of MS-Office & must be Internet savvy Roles & Responsibilities: To do and manage all operational activities connected with your location If any issue arises during the Shipment to take immediate action and rectify the problem by coordinating with Origin/Destination Office Ensure error free pre-shipment documentation and timely dispatch of post clearance documents to clients in coordination with documentation thereby reducing customer complaints to very minimum Documentation and transportation arrangement for the cargo who can do coordinate with customers through email/phone-call as well as can manage shipments; pickup/delivery & the guy will have to assist another person in day to day operation activities.
