Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid) Company: Mentors Pool Eligibility: Freshers & 3rd-year College Students Are you a proactive student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in EdTech operations Mentors Pool is on the lookout for Operations Interns who are Good at communication (spoken + written) Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Zoom, Notion (training will be provided) Able to take ownership of daily coordination, trainer scheduling, and student support tasks Available for 36 months internship (Flexible timing: 4-5 hours/day) Key Responsibilities: 1 Coordinate training sessions between trainers and learners 2 Maintain daily reports and documentation 3 Communicate updates to stakeholders (via Wati, Email, or Zoom) 4 Support backend ops attendance, task tracking, calendar updates 5 Assist with onboarding trainers and learners Who Can Apply College Students (3rd Year) Fresh Graduates (Any stream BTech (IT , CS), BCA, BE ( IT, CS) , etc.) Must have excellent communication skills Must be comfortable using digital tools or ready to learn Should be available in Bangalore (Hybrid role) if youre someone who loves organizing, communicating, and taking initiative this internship is your chance to work directly with industry professionals and build a strong career foundation.
