You have an urgent requirement for an Operation Theatre Manager with the following qualifications and experience: Basic Qualification Required: - OT Technician/Nurse Experience: - 10-15 Years of experience mandatory Key Responsibilities: - Informing all nursing and technician staff about the booked surgery - Conducting pre-operation check of the OT including medical equipments, instruments, biomedical, surgical sets, etc. - Notifying the biomedical department immediately in case of any machinery defects - Sterilizing the patient post-induction using betadine - Keeping the emergency drug box/trolley ready - Supervising strict sterility measures - Cleaning the operative site of the patient with antibacterial solutions - Draping the patient with sheets while keeping the site of operation open - Washing equipment/instruments with solution and sending them to CSSD for sterilization process - Preparing OT for the next surgery as well as for emergencies - Taking the Addressograph of the patient before the surgery - Confirming the site of surgery with the patient, doctor, and file checking This is a full-time job requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in operation theatre. The work location is in person.,
