Job Description
You should have at least 2 years of experience post diploma in OT assistance or a related field. A higher secondary education or graduation with a Diploma or certificate in OT assistance is required for this role. Your main responsibilities will include: - Checking and confirming with the operating surgeon regarding the need for standard and special equipment. - Collaborating with operation theater nurses and Senior Technicians to fulfill the requirements for a specific surgery. - Coordinating with the Admin department to ensure the smooth functioning of all electrical equipment in the operation theater, such as OT lights, OT bed, cautery, ligasure, harmonic, etc. - Verifying that all equipment, including lap monitors, are working correctly as per the requirements. - Proficiency in operating C-Arm equipment. - Following the Surgical Safety Check list before every operation. - Assisting in the transfer and positioning of patients before and after surgery. This is a full-time position with benefits such as a flexible schedule. The work schedule includes day and fixed shifts, and the work location is in person.,
