The company R Sport Travel Tourism Adventure is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for their Travel Sales team, specializing in inbound and outbound voice processes. As the Manager, you will be tasked with establishing a BPO-like setup within the organization, overseeing inbound and outbound travel sales, and leading a team of travel sales agents. Your core responsibilities will include driving sales performance, ensuring top-notch customer service, and enhancing operational efficiency.
