Oversee End-To-End Catering Operations From Kitchen Coordination To Last-Mile Deliverymanage And Mentor A Team Of Field Captains, Delivery Staff, And On-Site Supervisorstrack Daily Order Execution, Troubleshoot Real-Time Issues, And Ensure Service Standards Are Metimplement And Improve Sops For Dispatch, Setup, Hygiene, And Post-Event
