Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Kitchen Operations Executive to oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure timely delivery of all food orders, and coordinate with internal teams and clients.
- Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality output
- Ensure all daily orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched on time
- Assign and manage transportation/delivery schedules for timely execution
- Coordinate and support the setup and execution of buffet catering events
- Liaise with clients/customers to confirm orders, delivery instructions, and event details
- Communicate with kitchen, packing, and delivery teams to streamline operations
- Manage checklists, SOPs, and basic reporting as required
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols are being followed
- Support stock planning and vendor coordination, if needed
