Job Description:

The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations of security personnel across client sites. This includes preparing duty rosters, ensuring proper deployment, site supervision, client coordination, and documentation for compliance. The candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling field teams independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage duty rosters and deployment schedules.
• Coordinate with clients for service delivery and feedback.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure attendance, discipline, and performance of guards.
• Maintain proper documentation: attendance, joining reports, deployment letters, etc.
• Manage emergency situations and respond to incidents at sites.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Wages) in coordination with HR.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new guards.
