Job Description
Position: Life Insurance Voice Process Retention & Renewal (Outbound)
Roles & Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to existing policyholders to ensure timely policy renewals and retention.

Educate customers about the benefits of renewing their life insurance policies and address any objections or concerns they may have.

Provide accurate information regarding policy terms, premium amounts, due dates, and renewal procedures.

Persuade and convince customers to continue with their existing policies or upgrade them based on their needs.

Record all customer interactions accurately in the system and ensure proper follow-up where necessary.

Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing queries and resolving complaints professionally.

Achieve assigned renewal and retention targets on a monthly basis.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth policy processing and customer satisfaction.

Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and compliance standards set by the company and regulatory authorities.
