Job Description
As an OpenText Lead, you will be responsible for configuring and integrating OpenText Content Suite, particularly with Salesforce. Your primary duties will include configuring OpenText Content Suite components, developing and managing APIs for integration, integrating OpenText with Salesforce using xECM connector, working on Oscript development and custom API wrappers, guiding and training L1 & L2 support teams, ensuring adherence to best practices for system changes and performance, and collaborating closely with internal teams for seamless operations. It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of ITIL processes, experience with Box connectors for Salesforce, and exposure to other enterprise platforms and cloud solutions.
