Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to the prescribed treatment plan. You will be required to monitor and document patient vitals, administer medications and treatments accurately, and report any significant changes in the patient's condition. Ensuring patient satisfaction by delivering high-quality care is essential. You will also be assisting doctors during medical examinations and procedures, ensuring the sterilization and preparation of medical equipment to maintain safety standards. Maintaining accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment progress, and updating nursing notes in compliance with organizational policies are crucial aspects of this role. Welcoming patients professionally and courteously, providing emotional support, and educating patients and their families about treatment plans are key components of guest engagement. Gathering patient feedback to enhance satisfaction levels and creating exceptional healthcare experiences for patients are also part of the responsibilities. Adhering to infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment, overseeing Quality Management System compliance, ensuring OPD and procedure room preparedness, managing material consumption and inventory, and processing patient service billing accurately are some of the administrative tasks involved in this role. Addressing patient inquiries and resolving complaints promptly, acting as the primary liaison between patients and the healthcare team, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments are vital aspects of this position. Following organizational policies and procedures, and maintaining the confidentiality of guest and patient information are also important. Qualifications: - Education: GNM/B.Sc.
