Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an OPD and OT Incharge (Nursing) at our Bengaluru location. The OPD and OT Incharge will be responsible for managing nursing staff, overseeing patient care, ensuring adherence to medical procedures, and maintaining critical care standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with medical and administrative staff, preparing and managing patient care plans, and ensuring smooth operations in the outpatient department (OPD) and operating theatre (OT). Qualifications Nursing Management and Nursing skills Proficiency in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine Strong Patient Care skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field Relevant certification and licensure in nursing Experience in hospital or clinical settings is preferred,
