Job Description
As an OPD & HC Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary information at the OPD & HC Desk is kept up-to-date. This includes maintaining yellow pages, list of consultants, doctors" OPD schedule, contact numbers of consultants & staff, extension numbers, ambulance & emergency numbers, as well as hospital information materials such as hospital leaflets, health check-up leaflets, OPD schedule leaflets, and events/camp leaflets. Your duties will involve screening patients and directing them to the appropriate consultants for further care. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing OPD room allocations to ensure efficient utilization of all available rooms. Coordinating with corporate clients to schedule health check-up appointments will also be part of your role. You will be expected to prepare OPD and Health checkup CSI reports and ensure that the CSI for OPD and Health checkup maintains a minimum of 95% satisfaction rate. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve day shifts and morning shifts, with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of total work experience in a similar role. The work location for this position is in person.,
