Job Description
As the Online Sales Head, you will spearhead the management of one of our esteemed client's online sales teams, devise and implement effective online sales strategies, and steer revenue growth across various digital channels. This pivotal role demands an in-depth understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing and adept sales management skills. With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, SEO, and B2C online channel trading, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills to drive sales and margin by providing input on product and service offerings. Additional experience in catalog management, lead generation, and product/site launch is preferred. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing an overall online sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals, identifying and exploiting new opportunities for online sales growth across diverse digital channels, driving sales and margin, coordinating with cross-functional departments, facilitating alliances, managing marketplace alliances and vendor management, devising strategies to boost online traffic, tracking conversion rates, implementing improvements to the website, managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing the social media strategy, improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website, leading customer relationship management initiatives, managing the database of online customers, and inspiring a team of online sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives. To qualify for this role, you must hold an MBA/PG from premium institutes, possess a proven track record of success in a similar role, demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, have an excellent understanding of digital marketing trends and tools, exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and showcase the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
