Job Type: Phonics Educator Location: Remote Work Schedule: 6 days a week Time: 04:00 pm to 10:00 pm IST (Any 5 hours) Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Math Educator to deliver high-quality math instruction to students in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mathematical concepts and teaching methodologies, and will be adept at engaging students through interactive and personalized online sessions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging math lessons to students from Grade 1 to Grade 5 based on curriculum standards Adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs, abilities, and learning styles of individual students. Provide timely feedback on assignments and assessments to ensure students" academic growth. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrators regarding progress, challenges, and improvements. Maintain professionalism in communication and adhere to the agreed schedule for all classes. Utilize technology tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, or other online platforms) to enhance learning and classroom management. Track and report student progress regularly, offering additional support where necessary. Foster a positive learning environment that promotes confidence and encourages students to reach their full potential. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in mathematics, Education, or a related field Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience (minimum 2 years in online or in-person teaching). Proficient in using online teaching platforms and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex math concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
