Role summary As an Onboarding Specialist specializing in Employer of Record (EOR) services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for our employees. This position involves a combination of administrative, communication, and compliance tasks to facilitate the hiring process and ongoing employment relationship. Base location: India (Pune) Reports to: Head of Onboarding Roles & Responsibilities Complete Ownership of new offers addition to HRIS, no misses. Complete GDPR + RTW compliance for all deploys. Zero data breaches. Timely Onboarding Completion. Positive Deployee NPS Score. Project ownership. Desired Qualifications: Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or related roles. Familiarity with Employer of Record services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, data-driven approach.
